Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Please allow for 3-5 business days for us to ship your package. Should this take longer than the allotted time, we will contact you. If you require faster shipping, please contact us so that we may try to best accommodate your needs.
Q: I ordered an item that is on backorder. How long will that take?
A: As each of our items is handcrafted, our backordered items will take 1-2 weeks to be fulfilled.
Q: What if I want an item in bulk?
A: If you would like a bulk order of a specific item, please contact us for special pricing
Q: I would like a custom made piece. How much do those cost and how long do they take?
A: Please fill out a questionnaire form so that we can discuss with you the specifications of your requested custom item. After enough information has been obtained, we will be sure to give you a quote and a timeframe of when your order can be fulfilled.
