Returns + Exchanges

You are very important to us as a customer, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, please read below on how to return, exchange, or replace merchandise. If you wish to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 hrs of placing your order and we will offer a full refund within the next 3-5 business days.

Returns

We do our best to ensure each item sent to you is of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All qualifying returns will be fully refunded less shipping. If your product was damaged upon receipt, please refer to the “Replacements” section below.

Should a return be required, please return all items in the original packaging, in the condition in which it was received and with your receipt within 14 days with a tracking #. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.

Exchanges

If you are interested in exchanging your item(s) please contact us and we will be happy to help you with the process.

Please return unused merchandise in original packaging, in the condition in which it was received within 14 days with a tracking #. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise less shipping costs.

Replacements

Rough Edge Marble Collection Replacements

We understand that marble is a delicate material, and items may not always be delivered in the utmost care. In the event that the item became damaged during delivery, or breaks within 7 days of receiving your item, we will send you a replacement free of charge (shipping included) for any broken item(s). Please note that you must contact us immediately upon receipt of your damaged item, or immediately after the item breaks within the 7 days for a replacement to qualify. Once you contact us, we will work with you to replace your item(s). Please note that if you purchased a set of coasters, only the broken item(s) will be replaced, and not the entire set.
